Submission Guidelines

We invite anonymous abstracts for 20-minute individual papers (additional time will be allowed for questions). All abstracts should be in English with glosses or translations for words or examples in any other language. Each abstract, including the title and any data in figures or tables, must not exceed 500 words. The 500-word abstract should be single-spaced and in a font no smaller than 11 pt. A separate page should accompany the abstract with name, institutional affiliation, and contact information, including e-mail address and abstract title.

Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF or Microsoft Word document. Abstracts containing special characters must be submitted in a PDF format, preferably as an e-mail attachment. Individuals who do not have regular access to e-mail may submit one copy of their abstract by regular mail on a compact disc. Faxes will not be accepted.

Deadline

The deadline for receipt of abstracts is January 14, 2011. Please be advised that late submissions may not be considered. Because of visa requirements, prospective international participants are urged to submit their abstracts at the earliest date possible.

Participants will be notified of the acceptance of their proposal by February 28, 2011.
